Deep South Rodeo News The ECBRA, JW Gowan and Cindi Cappianca of North Canaan, CT have joined forces. JW & Cindi have acquired 50% of the ECBRA and will be running the Norhteastern region. ECBRA is divided into two regions Northeastern and Southeastern. Come watch as the battle rages on between the North and South at the 2012 ECBRA Wrangler East Coast Bull Riding Finals.
